The Next Mission is You
There is a reason you made it here. I want you to take a moment and think about what will happen in your life if you keep waiting and thinking you’ll figure it out on your own. What you do next determines if you will finally begin to thrive or if you will continue to fumble in a cloud of unhappiness and confusion.
It’s easy to get from Point A to Point B if you know exactly where you’re going. But what if the the route is unfamiliar and you have no idea where you want to end up? That’s when things get tough. Since I started working alongside women veterans while building the Life After Military Alliance, I’ve found over and over again that the greatest struggle is simply painting that picture of where you want to go. Through one-on-one and group coaching, speaking engagements and workshops and training sessions, I inspire, encourage and empower women veterans to dig deep and find their passion and purpose so they can live happy and fulfilling lives.

The Sister Veterans I coach are women who are ready to start creating the lives of their dreams right now. My tribe wants their lives to start changing in weeks not years. We work together to get to the bottom of what you are passionate about and what you need to live a purposeful life. With my one-on-one and group coaching, you get the ongoing feedback of someone who knows firsthand what it’s like to walk in your shoes and successfully make it to the other side. This is for you if your needs can’t be addressed with a broad brush and you want more specialized attention to ensure your success.
I help women like you break through the barriers keeping you from living the life you want so you can move forward with ease and grace. Email me at email@example.com to apply for your “The Next Mission is You” strategy session and learn more about how your life can be transformed in my 3, 6 and 12 month programs.
Before women veterans who may have already hit a wall can get back up and begin to thrive as civilians, they need a guide who understands where they are right now. I used to try to distance myself from my struggles but I know now that they are my greatest assets in understanding and helping others. The reason I know how to create a life filled with purpose is because I once felt like I had no purpose. I had to do some internal work to fix that within myself before I could go on to actually live it.
I focus on helping women veteran find their purpose – their Point B – so they can minimize the road blocks and start on the path to getting there right now.

Workshops and Trainings
Figuring out what benefits you have earned for the time you spent working for the greater good of your country can be daunting. There are so many websites and organizations and books that claim to want to help and they mean well. But there is so much information in so many different places that getting the services veterans are entitled to can feel impossible, leaving basic need unmet.
My workshops organize the most important information in a straightforward way all in one place so it’s easy to understand and easier to implement. We all know that until basic needs are met – housing, food, educational grants, interview and job skills – the conversation about finding your new purpose and passion cannot even begin. My workshops help meet those needs so my Sister Veterans can start seeking passion right now.
Donna and I have been friends for over two decades. Our last coaching session was different; I was prompted through thought-provoking questions to do self-searching and goal setting … but more importantly, holding myself accountable, while not feeling guilt or frustration if those goals aren’t met in my time frame.
Donna is such wonderful asset to the coaching profession. She is assisting a vital segment of our community – our women soldiers – who deserve our best because they’ve given their best.
Your legacy will truly be a great one, primarily because you have touched the lives of many women in service, out of service and in civilian service! You have been a mentor, mother and friend.
